Martin Enghoff is Senior Consultant and Director of NORDECO. He has twenty-five years of experience working with programmes and projects for improving livelihoods and sustainable development in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Arctic. Key qualifications include:

Rural development and green growth (incl. small-scale agriculture, pastoral production, small-scale fisheries, value chains, employment creation and integrated planning)

Integrated management of natural resources (incl. forestry, water resources, wetlands, rangelands, biodiversity and community based management of natural resources)

He has worked extensively with identifications, feasibility studies, appraisals, reviews, evaluations and as team-leader for interdisciplinary teams and project director with responsibility for quality-assurance, backstopping and contract administration. Has worked directly with governments, civil society organisations and private sector and has long experience in capacity development programmes.
